Overview of Milestone Date Coupons
- Your coupons will appear in your My Page 31 days before your registered milestone date (good until 31 days after the milestone date).
- Good for any purchase of 5,000 yen or more (tax included).
- Just show the coupon QR code when using the facility— that’s it.
- Works whether you book directly or through a travel agent.
- A few days later, 1,000 bonus points will be added to your account.
Register after the 31-day window? Your coupon arrives the next day.
Applies after all discounts are added (e.g., shareholder perks, points), and must total 5,000 yen or more.
You must scan both your coupon QR code and your member QR code.

When Do You Get It?
31 days before your registered date — each year — your coupon appears in your My Page (e.g., if your birthday is Sept 1, you’ll get it Aug 1).
Log in and check under “My Coupons.”
Register late after the 31-day window? You’ll still get your coupon the next day.

- Only single transactions qualify. Cumulative totals and split payments are not eligible.

- Valid for a 63-day window — 31 days before to 31 days after your milestone date.
- Points are posted within 2 weeks of your stay.
- Points are valid for 1 year from the month they are credited.
- Bonus points from these coupons do not count toward membership tier upgrades.
