The Fujita Kanko Group Members Card service has been discontinued with the transfer to the new THE FUJITA MEMBERS program.

The QR code that appears on the main page is the membership pass of THE FUJITA MEMBERS.

The Fujita Kanko Group Members Card cannot be used.

Please complete the procedure for making a transfer to THE FUJITA MEMBERS in order to use the membership services including the accumulating and using of points as of April 11, 2022.

You cannot accumulate points, use them, or use any other member services if you do not present your QR code membership pass when visiting a facility.

Can family members or coworkers share the same membership number?

No one but the member may use it.

What is needed for the transfer procedure?

A membership number and password for The Fujita Kanko Group Members Card is needed for the transfer to the new THE FUJITA MEMBERS program.

Please agree to the terms and conditions of membership, verify the information that is currently registered, and register the additional information.

In addition, one e-mail address per membership number must be registered for THE FUJITA MEMBERS.

The same e-mail address cannot be used for multiple membership numbers.

I do not have an e-mail address.

Is there a time limit for the transfer procedure?

Yes.

The time limit for the transfer procedure is the end of April 2023.

Will my membership number change if I make a transfer?

What are temporary membership and official membership?

A.

Temporary membership is when a member can present a QR code membership pass before all information is registered if they join when about to visit a facility.

Users with temporary membership status can accumulate points but cannot use member services including the usage of points until they have official membership.

Users are asked to complete the procedures for becoming official members within three months of becoming temporary users.

Where can I obtain official membership?

A.

Users can go through the process of becoming official members through the “Temporary Membership” completion screen or the screen that appears when logging in from the main page.

Points accumulated as a temporary member will be forfeited unless the process for becoming an official member is completed three months within obtaining temporary member status.

I forgot to present my pass. Will points be added?

A.

Points are not added when your QR code membership pass is not presented during payment.

Please be sure to present your QR code membership pass when visiting a facility.

Do I accumulate points if I make reservations through places such as a hotel booking site or a travel agency instead of through the official website?

A.

50 points are added (per night when lodging) regardless of the amount spent or membership stage when reservations are made through travel agencies (including online reservation sites).

I did not accumulate points even though I stayed overnight. When will the points be added?

A.

When using accommodations, points are added the following day or later after checkout (the following day or later after the final checkout when staying multiple nights).

They are added the following day or later after use for meals, events, etc. in addition to accommodations.

When is the expiration date for points?

A.

The expiration date for points added for accommodations, meals, etc. is December 31 two years after they are added.

 

There are also different expiration dates for different types of points such as campaign points and bonus points.

Information such as the number of points you have and their expiration dates can be checked in “Point History” on the main page.

I would like to see the expiration date for the points that I have accumulated.

How can I use the points that I have accumulated?

Accumulated points can be used for payment at eligible facilities and payment for lodging reservations on the official website (1 point = 1 yen).

Do I get points for the ones I used for payments?

A.

Points are not added for payments made with points.

Can I cancel my use of points?

A.

It depends on how the points were used.

 

① Payments with points cannot be canceled if they are used for payment at eligible facilities.

 

② Payments with points can be canceled (points returned) only when reservations are canceled online through the official website.

The use of points is not canceled (returned) when such reservations are canceled through a methods other than on the Internet such as over phone calls to the facilities.

 

Please note that points are not returned if they are expired at the time cancellations are made.

Can points be transferred or combined?

Points cannot be transferred or combined.
