How to use your Stamp Card

We've launched an exciting new feature for THE FUJITA MEMBERS - the Stamp Card!
Collect stamps to receive special rewards and get even more value.

What is the Stamp Card feature?

You can collect stamps for using FUJITA MEMBERS facilities!
....Present your 2D code Membership Certificate to collect stamps in addition to basic points.
Collect stamps to receive special rewards!
....You can receive various special rewards depending on the number of stamps you have collected.
To use, simply get a Stamp Card from your My Page!
....When you meet the requirement of having a Stamp Card, stamps will be automatically awarded.

[Steps for Use]

① CHOOSE your preferred Stamp Card at My Page.

② COLLECT stamps by presenting your 2D code membership certificate when you use our facilities.

③ GET rewards based on the number of stamps you accumulate!

The conditions for obtaining stamps and the specifics of the rewards vary depending on the Stamp Card. Please check the terms of use listed on the Stamp Card.

【Get a Stamp Card】

① Click [Stamp Card] from the menu inside My Page.

② Select the Stamp Card you prefer under [Find Stamp Cards].

③ Click［+ Add a Stamp Card］and get your Stamp Card.

You can have as many Stamp Cards as you like, and you can also collect stamps on more than one card at a time.

【Confirm the Stamp Cards you have received】

① Click [Stamp Card] from the menu inside My Page.

② Select [My Stamp Card] and then the Stamp Cards you already own will be displayed.

③ When you select a Stamp Card, you can check on the details such as Terms of Use for the card.

You can check stamp cards that are one month past their expiry date under [View History].

【Collect stamps】

① Use the facilities to meet the conditions for collecting stamps.

② Stamps will be displayed at the same time as basic points are added (on or after the day following the date of use).

You can check the details of your use by selecting a stamp you have collected.
Stamps are earned based on your basic points accumulation history. You do not need to present your Stamp Card when using a facility.
You can get Stamp Cards before or after using the facilities. You can get and use them in any order.

【Receive rewards】

① You will receive a reward when you collect stamps in the gift mark box on your Stamp Card.

② Rewards will be automatically awarded to you according to the number of stamps you collect.

The timing of receiving the reward will vary depending on the content of the reward. Depending on the reward, it may take up to two weeks for the reward to receive it.

Once a card has been acquired, it cannot be deleted.
The conditions for earning stamps and receiving special rewards vary for each stamp card. Please check the terms of use listed on each card.
Stamps are given out based on your points accumulation history. Be sure to present your 2D code membership certificate when using the facility.
(If basic points are not accumulated, stamps will not be accumulated.)
Stamps are accumulated according to your basic points history (only for use during the stamp card's validity period) confirmed before one month after the stamp card's expiration date (the same date of the following month, or the end of the following month if there is no same date).
Basic points accumulated after one month from the expiration date are not eligible for stamps or rewards.
