How to participate in the campaign?

STEP1：New Registration

*For members of the Fujita Kanko Group Members Card, please complete the membership transfer procedure first.

STEP2：Check email newsletter settings.（Log in to "My Page"）

• We will send you an email confirming your entry on the next day you submitted your entry. Please check in the email text to confirm that your entry has been completed or not.
  (The email will also be sent even if your entry is invalid, such as you have set "Do not receive" special offers by email).
• If you do not received a confirmation email, the information you entered might not match the information registered with THE FUJITA MEMBERS. Please enter the campaign once again with the correct information.
• Once you enter the campaign, any use after April 11 and before your entry will be counted toward the campaign.

With one entry, you can participate in both the raffle & the split.

*This campaign is related to the number of times used. Information on how to count is described in the "How to count "one use"? "  below.

• Raffle for Accommodation Vouchers

  Members who have used our facility at least 3 times by the end of the month of the drawing will receive an accommodation voucher in the monthly drawing!
  
  You have up to 3 chances to enter the drawing!
  The earlier you enter, the better your chances of winning.
  
  Drawings for the previous month will be held around the middle of each month.

• 5 Million Point Split
  <You can get it even if you use our facility only once! > 

  All members who enter the campaign and use the eligible facilities at least once during the qualifying period will receive THE FUJITA MEMBERS points worth 5 million yen split with them.
  
  The split of points will be calculated around late January 2023.
  
  The number of points you receive for the split will increase based on the number of times you use our facilities.
  You can participate in the split as "one use = one allocation", so the more you use, the more you save!
  Each member can receive points up to 10 allocations depending on the number of times they use our facilities.

[Example]
If the total number of times the members who entered are used 50,000 times (50,000 allocations)....

［ 1  allocation］Get 100 points!
［10 allocation］Get 1,000 points!

How to count "one use"?

A single use of 5,000 yen or more, including tax, will be counted as "one use" for the amount of points to be added.

＞ Facilities

• Payment amount means the amount paid in a single transaction. They cannot be combined. In addition, if multiple payments are made at once, such as a lump settlement at the front desk (charged to the room), this will be counted as "one use" even if the total amount of each payment exceeds 5,000 yen.

• In the case of multiple-nights stay at a facility (including day use), the stay will be counted as "one use" from the first day of arrival to the last day of departure, regardless of the timing or number of the payment.
  <Example> For a 3-night stay, even if you pay for each night, it will be counted as "one use" if the stay is consecutive. The amount used means the total for 3 nights.

• If the amount of payment does not reach 5,000 yen after using THE FUJITA MEMBERS points or any discount coupons, it will not be counted as use.
• The number of times you use the facility will be counted based on the history of point accumulation to THE FUJITA MEMBERS. If you do not show your QR code membership pass when you use the facility, and points have not been credited to your account, the use will not be counted.
• Points cannot be added to multiple membership numbers for a single payment. Points can only be added to the member who made the payment.

Prize Details

There are three different prizes you could win in the monthly drawing.

Please select the accomodation vouchers you want when you enter.

1. Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo (for 1 night) : 1 person per month (total 3 during the period)
   「Prime Executive Suite (60㎡)」2 guests per room, 1 night, including breakfast
2. Ito Ryokuyu (for 1 night) : 1 person per month (total 3 during the period)
     2 guests per room, 1 night, including dinner and breakfast
3. WHG Hotels (for 3 nights) : 3 person per month (total 9 during the period)
     2 guests per room, 1 night by 3 times, no meals

A Winner Announcement

• Drawing
  Drawings for the previous month will be held around the middle of each month.
  We will contact to winners from the-fujita@fujita-kanko.co.jp at their registered email address. *Please make sure if you need to set your device to receive the email in advance.
• Points split
  Points will be added in January 2023.
  We will not contact each members after adding points. Please log in to "My Page" and check your “point history” after February 2023.

Notes on participation in the campaign

• If the [Step 3: Entry] button does not appear within the period of entry, it may be because JavaScript is not enabled.
  Please check the settings on your device. We have also confirmed that some browser extensions (ad blockers) may prevent the button from appearing . If this occur, please try temporarily deactivate it and try refreshing the page.
• Drawings will be held around the middle of each month, and points will be added around in late January 2023. Please note that your entry will be invalidated if we cannot confirm your registration for the newsletter at the time of the drawing and point accumulation.
• The prize accommodation vouchers are valid for 6 months from the first day of the month following the drawing. Points will expire on July 31, 2023.
• The prize points can only be used at Fujita Kanko Group facilities (cannot be exchanged for electronic money, etc.). Points are not eligible for stage-up calculations.
• This campaign can be applied at the same time as other promotions such as birthday coupons.
• If your entry information does not match the registration information with THE FUJITA MEMBERS, your entry may be deemed invalid. If you have entered your entry information incorrectly, or if you have changed your registration email address, please enter once again with correct information.
• Rights to winnings are valid only for the winners themselves and may not be transferred to a third party or exchanged for cash.
