On April 30, 2023, we stopped processing the transfer of the holders of the Fujita Kanko Group Members Card to THE FUJITA MEMBERS.
From May 1, 2023 onwards, past holders of the Fujita Kanko Group Members are kindly asked to newly apply for THE FUJITA MEMBERS.

What is the "My Page"? What can be done on it?

It is the page that is exclusive to each individual member of THE FUJITA MEMBERS.
When a member logs in to the My Page, they can use it to display their 2D code membership pass, check information on their points, register for or unsubscribe to the e-mail newsletter, modify membership information, and more.
Is there any way to have quick access to "My Page"?

By adding a shortcut for "My Page" login screen onto the home screen on your smartphone, you can open "My Page" login screen by one tap.

I cannot log in to the My Page or log in when making an online reservation.

You need your e-mail address and password when logging in to the main page or when making online reservations.
If you are unable to log in, please have a new password issued to you through “Forgot password?” below the password entry field and then log in.

I used the anniversary coupons. When will the points be added?

After you use coupon for birthday, wedding anniversary and original anniversary dates, please allow about two weeks before the points are added.
What is the "Original anniversary dates"?

You can register up to three other anniversaries of your choice in the "Original Anniversary" section, in addition to your birthday and wedding anniversary,. 31 days prior to each registered anniversary, an original anniversary coupon will be sent to your "My Page" as an anniversary gift.
